Inspiration

I simply have grown to LOVE anemones... they just seem to me to be a 'happy & friendly' flower. I am drawn to their unique centres, which are bold yet contain an intricate stamen structure.

I decided to translate my original drawing of the flowers in to different colours, not only out of curiosity, but because I believe that when we think of different people in our lives - friends or family - we can often associate a particular colour with that person. I felt that the image would therefore work well as a gift or a card to give to the people close to our hearts.
